Discogs List export to CSV

Hi,

I cant remember where the original script come from. But about four years later I'd adjust it. Now it works again and here it is:

It will generate a .csv with an ongoing Index number, the title of the list entry, the corressponding comment, the type (artist, label), the id and the url. The script kicks out resource_url and image_url, because I didn't need.
