Sticky header misaligned horizontally

Hi, I got a problem of sticky header misaligned. In all three browsers, zoom is set to 100%.

IE11 11.0.9600.19002 first time showing incorrect, then OK as detailed below.
Firfox 60.0 no problem at all -- always correct.
Chrome 66.0.3359.181 always incorrect (unlike in IE11). And it's slow to response, took quite a few seconds to show the sticky header.

Sticky header not enabled yet

Sticky header first show, each column is slightly narrower than original header, hence misaligned. Header is not as height as original.

Scroll to make Sticky header hide, then scroll to make it show again, this time it's correct

Are you using bootstrap? Any html code you can share? Could be related to #134
