Brethap Versioning

Brethap uses the following software versioning:

major.minor.maintenance+build (example: 1.2.3+10)

Any time a new preference is added to a release, the minor version will be incremented by one and the previous version saved preferences will be overwritten. If reverted back to a previous minor version, those preferences will still be available.
