Cannot launch app on arm linux

Describe the bug

While trying to launch app on arm linux, it fails to download adb and rclone (it even fails if they are already installed)

Steps to reproduce

Open appimage on arm linux

I managed to fix it myself, here is more info:

Error messages seen:

Dependency setup failed. Missing or failed: adb.  
ADB Error: Permission error: EPERM: operation not permitted, chmod '/home/user/.config/apprenticevr/bin/adb'

Root cause:

• The AppImage tries to chmod or overwrite adb and rclone binaries inside ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin.
• If these binaries are symlinks or copies of system-managed binaries (/usr/bin/adb, /usr/bin/rclone), Linux does not allow non-root chmod → EPERM.
• Bundled binaries in the AppImage are also x86/x86-64, which fails on ARM64 (via FEX or other emulation).

Temporary fix / workaround:

1. Make a user-writable copy of system binaries:

mkdir -p ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin

cp /usr/bin/adb /tmp/adb-copy
cp /usr/bin/rclone /tmp/rclone-copy

mv /tmp/adb-copy ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/adb
mv /tmp/rclone-copy ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/rclone

chmod +x ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/adb
chmod +x ~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/rclone

2. Verify:

~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/adb version  
~/.config/apprenticevr/bin/rclone version

3. Restart the AppImage → dependency check passes.

Explanation / Recommendation for upstream:

• On ARM64, the bundled binaries inside the AppImage are incompatible and may rely on emulation layers (FEX), causing failures.
• The AppImage should check for system-installed binaries first and use user-writable copies, avoiding chmod on system-managed files.
• This makes ARM64 support and system package integration much cleaner.
