When Uploading Image, the 'Detailed Preview" close (X) does not work. I have to press escape or slick outside the box to close it.

For what it's worth, I can reproduce it on a few docassemble servers, and I believe it's because the fileinput code isn't working with Bootstrap 5. Version 5.2.0 is the first version to provide full support for Bootstrap 5 (https://github.com/kartik-v/bootstrap-fileinput/blob/master/CHANGE.md#version-520), and docassemble is still on version 5.1.3.

I might try to take a shot at this, but there's a good chance Jonathon will beat me to it.

Technical details:

The close (x) button on the detailed preview has the data-dismiss="modal" attribute set. However, in bootstrap 5, all data attributes need to have an additional bootstrap namespace (e.g., data-bs-dismiss). Manually changing that attribute in an already loaded page fixes the issue and allows clicking the "x" to actually close the detailed preview.
