Sometimes after rotation notification is in old orientation

Sometimes after rotating the device, the notification will be displaying in the old orientation.

I found this after testing it a few times, and usually going from landscape to portrait is when it happened.

seems to happen with a 180° rotation like going from portrait to portrait flipped got the notification stuck in landscape orientation
