No Validation in Generate Reports

Summary
There is no error when submitting multiple times in the cashier

Steps to Produce:

1. Go to the Reports tab
2. Click Generate Spreadsheet"

Expected Results:
There should be an input validation stating to place inputs in the missing inputs

Actual Results:
No input validation, it just doesn't do anything
