Define process and timing for the ISC Membership pathway

SECTION 1.02. Admission of Members. All applicants must be nominated by a
current member of the Corporation and must complete a written membership application in such
form as shall be adopted by the board of directors (the “Board of Directors”). Members of the
Corporation shall receive notice of an applicant nomination at least ten (10) days prior to a vote
on the applicant’s admission. Notice may be provided by electronic means. The initial members
of the Corporation shall be admitted upon the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the
Corporation at the initial meeting of the Board of Directors. Additional members of the
Corporation shall be admitted by a majority vote of the existing members of the Corporation
casting a vote and upon receipt by the Secretary of a completed membership within thirty (30)
days following the vote.
