Time picker not recording the time

Hello,

Time picker is not reading the value when single digit hour value is picked. It works fine when two digit hour value is picked. Is there any known problems with time picker that I am not aware of? Please, do let me know what am I doing wrong here.

Issue occurs only if the value is copied in in Chrome, which requires a two-digit hour value. So it's not really a bug for the timepicker itself but FWIW:

I meant to write: when the value is copied to <input type="time"/> in Chrome
