Support wildcard inclusion of sources with GitHub

Follow-up to https://github.com/jbangdev/jbang/issues/464

    //SOURCES app/src/main/java/**/*.java

works locally, but not when fetched via GitHub.

```
$ jbang madrlint@koppor/madrlint
  [jbang] [WARN] Pattern app/src/main/java/**/*.java used while using URL to run;
  this could result in errors.
```
