Add support for push notifications

Add support for push notification that should be configurable with different providers.

• SMS
• Email
• Gotify etc.

You may want to take a look at Apprise. It’s a library that provides a unified way to send notifications through almost any channel you can think of. The main benefit is that you don’t need to implement or maintain each notification service yourself. Apprise abstracts all of that away.

You can decide which services you want to expose and only need to build a UI that collects the required configuration data for those services. Beyond that, I’ve seen some projects offering users to enter custom Apprise URLs as well. This allows them to use any service supported by Apprise, without requiring you to build a separate configuration dialog for each individual service.
