LaunchAgents in user directories not included in persistence collection

They're [crawled by the FileWalker](https://github.com/jamf/aftermath/blob/main/filesystem/FileWalker.swift#L49) but not included in [the LaunchItems gathering](https://github.com/jamf/aftermath/blob/main/persistence/LaunchItems.swift) which only includes system-level items.
