Modify `deploy` for NetBSD4 to reboot

Some users keep on trying deploy over and over again on a NetBSD 4 machine. This will leave a lot of garbage in RAM and cause the device to lock up.

The first step of deploy on a NetBSD 4 machine should be to reboot, to start it from a fresh position

Also, if doctor gets stuck at /bin/sh -c 'config=/mnt/Flash/tcapsulesmb.conf; ...; if [ -f "$config" ]; then . "$config" ...; fi; printf ...'

Then it should tell the user to reboot
