Add german recipe sites

Can someone add some german sites?
That would be awesome so we could scrap by german ingredients! :)

Some big recipe sites in german are:

- https://www.kochbar.de/
- https://www.chefkoch.de/

Or some high-quality german recipe sites would also be really cool. I will see if I can find some.
