Finding

CLAUDE.md's Roadmap section does not mention PR #136 (hand-drawn goldfish, 8th piece), which was merged to development on 2026-05-12 and lives in CHANGELOG.md [Unreleased].

The v0.9.6-beta section in CLAUDE.md currently reads:

### v0.9.6-beta — ACNH icon gap-fill (next milestone)

- Icon scrape + manifest for ACNH (103 unique items remain after cross-game uplift from v0.9.5)
- Uses same algorithmic-resolver-plus-OVERRIDES pattern; resolver /Gallery deprioritization from #127 generalizes directly

No mention of PR #136 or the goldfish icon.

Why this is ambiguous

CLAUDE.md's Roadmap section historically tracks items at the version-release level. By that convention, unreleased work (goldfish is in [Unreleased], not yet tagged) would not appear until v0.9.6 ships. The question is whether a hand-drawn piece merged to development but not yet tagged warrants an earlier entry, given that new session contexts load CLAUDE.md and won't know PR #136 landed.
