verify WS CFIE solver

Follow on to #103

Once that issue is reolved, then I need to go back and make sure the WS CFIE solver is working okay

I tested the pill not at a WS mode and the results for soft IE and soft CFIE agree visually

Now I am going to do a WS test for the pill. Set CFIE weight = 1 so the two methods should effectively be identical. I want to make sure the IE and CFIE solves both produce the same time delays as well as similar surface sources.
