Handling of servernames

Collector picks up a short hostname if a host is configured so as to not include the domainname in hostname:

It was pointed to me that using getCanonicalHostName() in the above line would always return the FQDN.

We worked around the issue by setting this in the config file:
xrootd.monitor.servername=${host.fqdn}

I'm not sure if you consider this an issue ... CMS collector depends on names being FQDNs.
