Tag previous versions

I would find that very useful if one could just go in the repo and look at the diffs between versions based on tags, as opposed to trying to dig through individual commits and find an old enough one corresponding to the previous version.

(I would also find it extremely useful to have a build containing just the latexdiff-ed version, but that is I suppose an upstream featurerequest for ivoatex).

Agree, published versions should be tagged. I have gone through and made my best guess at assigning tags for the two published RECs, and the PRs and WDs for DALI 1.2.

Tagging is supposed to be part of the publication process, as described in item 19 at ivoatexDoc sec 3.12; till now the relevant ivoatex version in the DALI ivoatex submodule didn't support this, but I've made a PR #70 to update ivoatex here so it does, so hopefully this will get done as part of the normal publication process in future versions.

Thank you for being this quick for this! The diff in #70 doesn't look relevant (only an apt update), but I'm closing this nevertheless as the tags are now available.
