Feature Request: Max IOB

Would it be possible to implement a max IOB feature? As someone on a high carb diet and using Fiasp, I run into the problem of too much IOB a lot, even when I select long absorption times. I would think the logic would be fairly simple - if calculated micro bolus makes IOB greater than max IOB, deliver amount up to max IOB, else give micro bolus as usual. It would also be very helpful during long bouts of exercise that require food intake during the workout. Does anyone else think this would be useful?
