Typos and capitalization in German localization

Describe the bug
There are some typos in the German localization and the capitalization doesn't follow German grammar.
The capitalization isn't really the problem, but i can't look at "Aufnhemen" any more 😄

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use app in German

Expected behavior
No typos
Either everything is capitalized, or only nouns.
