The link to download the "Swagger Codegen Cli" points to http://central.maven.org/maven2/io/swagger/swagger-codegen-cli/2.2.3/swagger-codegen-cli-2.2.3.jar, which results in a 404.

The current URL is https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/swagger/swagger-codegen-cli/2.2.3/swagger-codegen-cli-2.2.3.jar

You can download this anyway you want; it's as simple to do it in a browser and then place it into a tools subfolder. After that - and assuming that you got the main package built correctly - then it should work OK.

Apologies for not picking up on this sooner. To be honest I've not looked at this for sometime.
I will try and dust it off and update it in the near future.
