Need a consistent "files" directory for files that need uploading #100
Description
We need a more consistent way to refer to local files. Depending on what version of ansible and how its configured, it seems like a crap-shoot which directory ansible will prefer to look in for the files we upload. Is there a way to have a stable reference to a "files" directory that is also located outside of the collection itself?
