Agent not accepting parameters

TypeError: Agent.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'tools'

Facing this error again and again for other parameters as well.
Copy the code from given documentation.

The tools parameter has been supported since v0.9.0. The error suggests you may have a different package or stale installation.

Diagnosis:

import cogency
print(cogency.__version__)  # Should be 3.2.0
print(cogency.__file__)     # Check the installation path

Common causes:

1. Old cached install: pip install --force-reinstall cogency
2. Name collision: Another package named cogency in your environment
3. Wrong Python environment: Check which python matches your pip
