Two small bugs.

I am new to meta-analysis, and I have carefully read and followed your excellent tutorial, which is really helpful.

I here report two bugs, both were found in the chapter "Choosing a meta-analytic model".

1. In the sub-chapter "Two traditional models", the code for random-effects model is not displayed correctly:

2. In the "Technical recommendation" of sub-chapter "Multilevel meta-analytic model", the corresponding results for the improved multilevel model are not shown correctly:
