Text improvements in the Remote dialog

The Remote upload dialog has some minors copy errors

• "publiccode.yaml" should be "publiccode.yml"
• "url" should be "URL"
• the placeholder should convey that you should use an http URL, so "https://" would be enough. The example URL is noisy
