For records with the correct associated relationships (ie employers of employees, parents of children), this feature allows them to log in to the portal as the related student and view/track their progress. This is particularly useful in the case of job training, where an employer can make sure that current requirements are being met.

This mode will be purely read-only.

The feature already exists however it could be made easier to use with a global reporting feature to show all students in a list rather than having to switch from one to the other.

When using this feature, the HR Manager will only be able to view data that is associated with that college. Any student data that is separate from their employer relationship will not be visible to the employer.
