Add RCM sensor to the ISCE supported list

Hi,

I have been working on developing scripts to read the RCM dataset in ISCE and perform stack processing. Based on one of the samples I have attached here, it seems that there may be an issue with the way the RCM SLC data is being read, or perhaps with another aspect of the workflow, since I am observing discontinuities in the right side of both Phase and Coherence.

Could you kindly share your feedback or suggestions on this?
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I might further check and resolve this issue.
