I'm going to ignore the Ruff checks because the indentation that it is upset about will be made necessary again if/when we integrate the auth stuff from #299. |
In iRODS 5.1.0 and later, TLS can be configured at setup. This commit changes the time of TLS configuration to setup rather than after the zone is set up (which is how it had been done historically).
