IE 11 jitters

Hi, I'm trying to find a cross-browser parallax effect library, but although scrollax documentation says IE 8+ is supported, it does not work for IE 11. The screen jitters on demo - it does not scroll smoothly. Instead it keeps jumping up a bit when scrolling down.
