Offset viewport vs. parallax parent

Hi there!

I have the current issue:

The content + hero image is already transforming without scrolling. This is because the topbar is 60px height, and also visible in the viewport. I want the content + hero transform when it touches the viewport.

Is there any way I can fix this?
