Not able to add the Gateway!!! :(

I bought the gateway from you, unfortunately I have not been able to integrate the gateway for days. When I start the process, the WLAN search takes forever, then when I have the list of WLANS and select my network and enter the password, the process hangs. The Getway then restarts and does not connect. I already have the new version on the Android Pixel . 2.41.5-prod-4013 but it still doesn't work. It is extremely frustrating. the support doesn't help me here either..... The answers I get don't solve my problem.
