Question about automation and sync

First of all congratulations on this project, it's amazing and so easy to use and I'll definitely try for personal use
My first question is about automation, my company runs on trello but I'm looking to change that, a big part of the problem to move is trello automation (Butler)
How one could implement automations in this system?
Examples:

• When a checklist is checked, move the card to list X
• depending on the content of a field, choose what checklist go to the card
• when a team member is mentioned in the comments, he gets an email

I have some idea but would love to hear from you

Another question is about syncing, github does all the sync automatically? Or a shared folder in onedrive would be enough?

Actually this automation can't be done with this, it's a single file projet.

But with so dependencies i think it can be do this (but in Claude workflow i think)
