I am using ionic 2.2.2 and i have imported the project
i got this error: build dev failed: cannot set property 'fileSystem' of null with running ionic serve
steps:
ionic platfrom add android@6.1.0
cordova plugin add https://github.com/forcedotcom/SalesforceMobileSDK-CordovaPlugin --force
ionic serve

What is yout ionic info? it look like you need to update your @ionic/app-scripts on package.json to 1.0.0
