Error rep shows too many stack frames

It only needs to show frames up to the cell itself, not down into the whole React stack of lots of things.

I think there was code that used to truncate the stack, but it was commented out, and I think it no longer is correct anyway due to changes elsewhere. It would be good to get this back on track.

This is tricky to do in a cross-browser way. There seems to be exactly one library for managing stack frames, but it doesn't yet handle eval frames correctly, which of course, are core to what Iodide does. There's a year old PR for that, which currently only supports Chrome.

We may need to vendor that library to get this across the finish line.

I was thinking that since stackframes.js is largely unmaintained, and we really need the feature of handling eval frames added, we might have to include our own modified copy. In #807, I actually found a way to just monkey-patch the library instead.
