Shared repositories record's ownership

If two users share a repository, currently we  import the releases with one of the users as the owner (e.g. the owner of the previous version). 

If the repository changes ownership, then all the new releases will still go to the older repo's owner. 

We need to come up with a strategy for this, otherwise the new owner does not see the records under "My Dashboard"
