[DOC] Make my personal How-Tos and setup guides public

I have a range of internal howtos and guides for (enterprise) InvenTree. This should be added to the web/doc site.
Working title: InvenTree for SysAdmins and Deployers.
Maybe reformat to follow the https://documentation.divio.com/ style guide (suggested by https://contact.jaxter184.net/)
