"Intel oneAPI: Configure cpp properties configuration command" in windows

Hi.
Error message occurs when I follow the command after updating oneAPI version from 2023.2 to 2024.0 or newer.

Intel oneAPI: Configure cpp properties configuration command > icx > C++17 > C 17

Command failed: "icx" -xc++ -E -P -v -dD -c NUL 2>&1
Error occur in windows and icx option only.
Ubuntu and icpx option or Windows and icpx option runs well.
