[Feature] Download option for table view

Repro Steps :

1. Go to gProfiler Performance Studio UI
2. Select any available profilers
3. Click on Table View option ( besides "Reset View")
4. Click on 3 dots besides Time Window option
5. "Download Table" option is not present

Actual : Has option for "Download Flame Graph"

Expected : New feature, support for "Download Table" for offline sample analysis
