nut-upsd: Add support for POLLONLY option #264
Description
The usbhid-ups driver's pollonly option is useful for UPS devices (particularly CyberPower) whose HID implementations don't reliably send USB interrupt reports, causing data to go stale. Adding the pollonly directive to the generated ups.conf file will enable this. PR to follow.
