[Feature Request]: Add examples for `a_rbmi_lsmeans()`

Feature description

The package manual references a_rbmi_lsmeans() as the afun variable in rtables::analyze(). An example using these two functions together in the a_rbmi_lsmeans() man page would be very helpful
