At some point, folk will have worked with AI sufficiently to meet more comfortably in the middle. Getting to that point will take time, effort, and concatenated smart learning curves. We don't know the smart steps that will make the breakthroughs, so we can't predict how long this will take.
But we are starting to see some elements emerge which are beginning to help. The current quest structure here will be clunky for some time, until new elements emerge that smooth the path and accelerate the journey. We don't yet know what those elements look like or what they will do.
In context, accelerating this journey sooner matters because the simpler jobs are already having AI encroach on employment numbers.
