Quest #9 - QuestPreneur

Having previously mentioned this in a prior issue, it is time to give this quest the full treatment, and provide a landscape document.

This landscape aims to provide a hot topic tag into a quest, and draw a likely founder further into the realms of making it to being an entrepreneur. The aim is to create revenue and employment options in the UK, or elsewhere that wants to play.

How can this work?

First a quest definition is needed. Project Engine Phase 1 - QUEST1Q already has ready enough capability to do this, we can see from the emerging pages in the Project Engine Brochure Pages.

So the first question is how to animate and ignite this first Phase.

We can do this by providing the quest outline to a friendly gaming community - Moonboi could be that community - and setting a competition for entrants to create a simple landscape document, with a problem to solve, the proposed solution , and what obstacles are likely along that path. The solution will be judged by AI as to the potential real world impact, the value that could be generated - a sliding score between average and excellent project management - and the realism used in terms of the obstacles to be overcome and the mitigating activity needed to smooth progress past those obstacles.

Winners would get a tailored Quest page built for them, and digital onchain project assets to help them move forward in discussion with funders and other interested parties. This can include smart contract specs, pitch decks and so on.

Winners would get supported access to the Solana community, and the Solana growth ecosystem, via a variety of means. It would also mean graduation, entry to phase 2 of Project Engine, namely how to build a platform that would support the Quest outlined in phase 1. This would seek to accelerate tech learning through Vibe Coding, but also access to experienced Solana engineers who can help with the complicated aspects of any tech build and the nuance about the Solana Landscape and ecosystems, such as which DEX platform Solana recommends and so on.

We will need to develop a sustainability model. For example, say entrance is free, but a smart contract is signed to share 20% of any future funding obtained. This could be developed in discussion with Moonboi, as to ways this could work.

Persuading more citizens to try enterprise through a gaming route is a fun way to start, and can help any state in creating more enterprise, more entrepreneurs, perhaps especially in an emerging landscape where AI is likely pushing more people out of processing style jobs and into more creative and problem solving jobs, which is a fundamental feature of enterprise, doing so for smaller and larger numbers of people with budgets to spend.

So here is a breakdown again of what is needed.

1. QuestPreneur - A Quest to develop a refined Starting Quest using gaming reward and promotion approaches.
2. BuildPreneur - A Quest to Vibe Code tech pathways for sector participants to evolve their sector
3. TractionPreneur - A Quest to reach out to key audiences, reassuring them that the tech works and delivers
4. StartupPreneur - A Quest to turn traction into an MVP, that can employ people, and grow next steps

Overall, this is a gamified hands-on Entrepreneur training ground, so definitely an ARG, that leads to economic benefit in the locality the gamers live, but likely also farther afield. An economic engine, driven by project methodology. It's always been seen that economic job finding support will be needed, since this is a slow side hustle in revenue generation terms. Affiliate marketing platforms can help, so that a tech build is not necessary in every single case.

NB The ARG sub-reddit can be a great starting place for Phase 3, once I renegotiate my immediate permanent ban. I need to appeal to Mods, and ideally be very sure to avoid future mistakes. They don't have AI rule delivery yet, and that itself will be an innovation in the gaming community. Rule Delivery also leads into Community Management, and again that could be a highly innovative development.

Per project-engine "policy", we need to develop a Job Search support page accessible from the main home page.

Potentially possible to involve Libi Engine is this quest as a VR build quest platform, and realising the characters of The Gordian Mage, Sparky the Tech Guy, and RoboSnail for Community Outreach.

Mutual benefits can be Project Engine gives gamers a reason to build games on Libi, and Libi is a great demonstration of the trade and economic possibilities Project Engine can bring.

One key demographic are the 14% unemployed and probably largely demoralised cohort of UK graduates, growing over the last two years. Even they may only be a fraction of our possible audience, where under-employed folk also want to improve their job prospects. For every successful graduate, it's likely the alumni superstar knows one or two less successful among their friends. Could a campaign be built to reach out to friends of friends, asking them to play the QuestPreneur game, both to have fun, but also to learn new skills and head for possible employment? Lisa Cameron - ex MP - could be a useful contact to cultivate, and can be reached via LinkedIn.

As part of this initiative, it will be necessary to provide rudimentary support in job seeking, which can be in the form of smart prompts to AI These can be provided by a simple Web page with twenty prompt options tailored to particular job sectors. As follows:

Research; HR; Training; DeSci; Purchasing; Marketing; PR; Community Outreach; Community Management; Finance; DeFi; ReFi

The intention would also be to offer work experience as an intern, which can be certified by Blockchain based NFT style tokens. Work experience would be offered by way of smart contract, allowing a degree of inspection, transparency and validation to the work being asked for and delivered. This forms digital proof of the intern's efforts, and can be a much firmer base for future employment. It also cuts out middle men in HR who tend to remove direct value from the employment sector, they have long been criticised and even despised by small numbers of entrepreneurs across the economy.

Access to a specific support community would be granted by an interim community in Telegram. It's unlikely any young folk will struggle with TG, which is very like WhatsApp, which is in use by very many families in the UK. AI bot control would be needed to ensure good behaviour in these TG groups, because there are alway malign influences trying to spoil life for the homesgt citizens trying to do a solid days work.

Over time, this would likely need to be regionalised, by nearby large city. If the model can be proved to work, an organisation like Superteam UK could easily be approached, with an "unstoppable" proposition, and then city wide rollout could take place, beyond tech and moving into conventional employment support. Also if this can work, it can be extended towards immigrant enclaves, as a way to make sure they are economically positive in their impact, thereby removing the frustration locals might have with immigrant "insurgence".
