Stuck in download for upgrade to 1.4

Trying to upgrade to latest, the settings screen stuck in infinite loop. Win 11

Looks like the download got stuck. A few things to try:

Clear the model cache and retry

If a previous download got interrupted, leftover files can confuse the downloader. Close VoiceFlow, delete the models--* folders inside:

%USERPROFILE%\.cache\huggingface\hub\

Then reopen VoiceFlow and try the download again.

Check if HuggingFace is reachable

Models download from huggingface.co — if your network or firewall blocks that, the download just hangs forever. Can you open https://huggingface.co in your browser?

Which model were you downloading?

The bigger ones (turbo, large-v3) are slow on slower connections, but they shouldn't freeze like this.

If none of that helps, grab the log file from %USERPROFILE%\.VoiceFlow\logs\ and drop it here. That'll show exactly where things went wrong.
