Reproduction Steps

1. Run Observable with some pre-placed mobs without Infernal Exp
2. Run Observable with some pre-placed mobs with Infernal Exp

Expected Result

Infernal Expansion is a nether mod, it shouldn't have any influence on the TPS of overworld mobs.

Was testing a modpack to see which mods have an impact on TPS and Infernal Expansion consistently increased entity TPS by about 10 units each.

Following up, the mod seems to be having some sort of issue generating in the nether, maybe a mod conflict?
