[FEATURE] Add progress bar for local agents pulling

Summary

Currently below the input of the CLI there is an indicator agents (1/2) although this is useful it doesn't tell the user much about what's happening.
The pull containers when using docker or any container runtime really, should show the stdout or a visualise indicator of the download so the user knows that particular agent is still downloading.

The indicator can be located below the input below the indicators.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a new indicator telling the user what's happening with the agents when they are starting up
• When an agent failed to start the indicator shown in red telling the user something went wrong
• When the agent finished download the indicator turns green and the user can focus on prompting
• When the download of the agent is in progress there is some kind of visualisation of perhaps a progress bar when possible
