docs: instructions of installation do not help

I followed server-side setup and client-side setup and couldn't get a working project. It does not mention that I need to install React, React-DOM, @vitejs/plugin-react, and maybe other things, so I have to figure out what I should do by myself.
It’d be also useful if docs provide instructions on how to use it with TypeScript.
Try to follow docs and get a working project without using starter kit.
