Is this project still being maintained?

I opened a PR over two weeks ago to fix a security issue. I opened a discussion requesting a release. I tagged the owner of this repo in the post. I also emailed him. I also emailed two other committers in this repo. I also offered help maintaing this project. No response. The last release was over 3 months ago. Hence the question.
