Meta file load: DB format invalid.

Hi immortalbob!

I was looking around for a new buffbot and stumbled upon yours! It sounds pretty neat -- integrating with Vtank -- and I wanted to try it out.

I'm new to metas and I'm not sure I'm doing things correctly.
In VTank, I check Enabled Meta Actions, and then attempt to load the meta (BuffCaster.met), and I get the following error:

[VTank] Meta file load: DB format invalid.
[VTank] Error: Attempted to load invalid or corrupt meta profile (BuffCaster.met).

Any ideas?
I have VTank 1.0.0 installed, and MagTools 2.1.6.
I've tried an older version of your meta and I still haven't had any luck with it.

I've attached the meta here (which looks to be an exact copy of yours) and renamed the extension to .txt (github doesn't permit .met extensions to be attached here).
