This repository is for merging REDCap list and allocation list The script works as follows:
- merge REDCap lists *Export4Wolfgang
- merge allocation lists (participant and clinician) from each center
- merge both lists
Instructions: Config YAML file
Input: raw data of id lists, located in the directory specified by the configuration file (\data).
Output: merged id lists, saved to the directory specified by the configuration file (\data_processed\idLists)
