Set the endpoint through environment variables

In the same fashion as the salt being set by `IMGPROXY_SALT` and the key by `IMGPROXY_KEY`, can the endpoint be set by `IMGPROXY_ENDPOINT`, as it is in the [Ruby gem](https://github.com/imgproxy/imgproxy.rb?tab=readme-ov-file#configuration-options)?
